Summary/Objective

The Visiting Clubhouse Manager will prepare for and manage all clubhouse and team functions for the clubhouse. This role reports directly to the General Manager and will work closely with the Sky Carp front office staff and Stadium Operations Manager.

This is a seasonal role that will be expected to work from March 15 until the final game of the season including Playoffs and Championship Series.

Responsibilities 

• Prepare and maintain a safe, clean and professional clubhouse 
• Load and unload buses for team arrivals and departures 
• Team laundry 
• Keep clubhouse snacks/beverages stocked (commensurate with budget provided by team) 
• Assist visiting team personnel with pre and post-game meals 
• Assist Assistant GM in communication with team 
• Keep umpires locker room clean/organized, deliver umpire post game meals (provided by home team), umpires laundry.
• During home stands the job has VERY LONG hours and requires a person to provide a VERY high quality of customer service and care to each visiting team throughout their time here.

Education and Experience 

High school diploma or GED and two or more years of clubhouse management experience.
