This position will:

• Perform all ultrasound examinations according to department protocols under the supervision of a Licensed Ultrasonographer
• Use proper imaging techniques and equipment to obtain scans of optimal quality
• Provide technical support for smooth and efficient operation of the Ultrasound Department
• Responsible for staying abreast of current ultrasound skills and new developments in the field
• Document pertinent history for each procedure to provide the radiologist with adequate information prior to interpretation
• Will rotate to multiple locations and participate in a call rotation

Required:

• ARDMS registered/registry eligible in one ultrasound modality
• Currently in last semester of respective ultrasound educational program
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency with computer skills and software programs used for documentation activities and report generation
