The Patient Care Assistant will perform assigned duties to enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring the nutritional needs of the patients are met through one-on-one communication, readiness of patients for meals, observation, and meal assistance, maintaining a safe and clutter-free environment. This individual will assist CNAs as delegated with stocking nutritional supplements and other supplies.

Preferred Qualificiations:

• High school diploma or GED
• Desire to assist patients and promote patient satisfaction
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with RNs, CNAs, and patients
