The Nursing Secretary will assist with, prepares, and distributes nursing schedules. This individual will also maintain and update daily staffing compliment. In addition, the Nursing Secretary will assist with payroll and time cards. This individual will perform clerical duties as assigned by supervisor or director. The Nursing Secretary will have good interpersonal communication skills and understands and maintains confidentiality.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED/HSE
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office preferred
