What does Belmont Weekday School Expect from Employees?
- Willingness to work with children 6 weeks-5 years old
- Enthusiasm and passion for working with children
- Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children
- Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs
- Implementing lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children
Minimum Requirements:
- A High School Diploma required
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1 year of verifiable and relevant experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to a background check, including fingerprinting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
