Immediately Hiring Full-Time Experienced Maintenance Assistant
Prior experience in multi-family housing maintenance, apartment maintenance, assisted living maintenance strongly preferred.
Schedule Monday - Friday
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Wage starting at $20/hr based on experience

- WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Providing assistance and support to the Building Engineer in all areas of maintenance for the building and grounds.
- Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)
- Completing maintenance tasks and work orders in resident apartments
- Assisting with in-house resident moves

- WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year commercial facility maintenance experience
- Customer service oriented approach while interacting with residents and guests
- 1 - 2 yrs hotel, hospital, multi-family housing or assisted living community maintenance experience is preferred
