Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in auditing . You will participate in various phases of an engagement, including obtaining an understanding of an organization’s internal control structure, learn to assess audit risk assessment developing audit programs and accurately document work papers to determine that the audit or engagement was performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing or consulting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare work papers/document testing performed on assigned areas.
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies between schedules and financial statements.
• Assist with preparing financial statements and reports for our clients.
• Continue to work towards advancing technical knowledge and working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and other relevant professional standards.
• Provide quality audit support services in accordance with the relevant regulations, government policies/procedures and client policies/procedures.
• Assist with special projects.
• Demonstrated ability to self-direct, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple engagements.
• Ability to effectively present, listen and respond to questions from clients and team members.
• A self-starter with an eagerness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Strong academic record and a commitment to continued learning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Eagerness to pursue professional certifications (CPA, if not already obtained)
