Bellevue Club is Hiring a Food and Beverage Manager Near Bellevue, WA

The property is also home to the Bellevue Club Hotel, a luxury 66-room boutique hotel, and a full-service spa with cutting-edge wellness offerings.
The Bellevue Club Food and Beverage division is in search of an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the team. This position helps to build and maintain all Food and Beverage Service Standards, controls, and service programming in conjunction with the Management team that continually exceeds member expectations, while maintaining correct margins of profitability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- The creation and implementation of all beverage and specialty drink menus at the Bellevue Club’s F&B outlets.
- Responsible for continual and accurate updates of beverage inventory documents and ensures consistency in menu offerings and prices to include POS programming for all beverage outlets.
- Responsible for ensuring that compliance with sanitation and safety standards for Members/Guests and employees.
- Ensures that all beverage service equipment is always in proper working order.
- Visually inspects and takes corrective action to ensure that all food & beverage stations look appealing and attractive to Members and their guests.
- Participates in marketing efforts of beverage program, creates menu ideas, surveys competition, and reports trends.
- Interacts with Members daily to obtain objective feedback regarding quality of food and beverage offerings and investigates and resolves all complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements Include:
- Thorough knowledge of total dining operations and food and beverage preparation techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of service, wine, and beverage operations.
- Strong mathematical abilities to determine and track inventory, controls, revenue productions, and other financial statements.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information to resolve problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Interpersonal skills to provide total Member satisfaction in all areas of responsibility.
