Bellevue Animal Hospital in Nebraska is seeking an associate veterinarian for our growing, independently-owned AAHA-Accredited practice in the Omaha-Council Bluffs metropolitan area. Founded in 1963, we became the first fully-accredited hospital in Nebraska just 10 years later. Our entire team has always been proudly committed to the highest standards of veterinary care and customer service, and many of our clients have been patrons for 15 years or more! We also enjoy a steady stream of new clients, thanks to our location near Offutt Air Force Base. We have positions available for someone to work either full time or part time. We also have opportunities if your interest extends to some after-hours or urgent care duties. Professional experience is preferred, but new graduates are always welcome to apply! A Nebraska state veterinary license and accreditation is required. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional interests and skills with the benefit of one-on-one mentorship in soft-tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, preventive medicine, and dentistry. Our exclusively small-animal practice will give you the opportunity to see a wide range of dogs and cats, as well as some birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, and reptiles. We focus on compassionate, high quality veterinary medical and surgical care. The ideal candidate for this position will be both a leader and a team player, have a positive attitude, and excel at effective communication with colleagues, support staff, and our clients.
