Belleflower is searching for individuals to help us create amazing taproom experiences. You’ll be instrumental in creating a positive and memorable first impression for our customers. We’re in search of passionate individuals that want to share their passion for the beer industry with the world and will proudly represent our brand. This position reports directly to the Taproom Manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests into our space
• Taking orders for pours and packaged beer to go
• Answer questions about our beers and our brand
• Create an inclusive and inviting environment for customers, vendors, and fellow staff
• Operate a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness throughout all the taproom spaces
• Move and change kegs
• Operate and troubleshoot a draft system
• Strict adherence to any COVID-19 service protocols
• Other duties as assigned and related

Qualifications

• Passion for craft beer
• Outstanding hospitality and customer service skills
• Bartending or taproom experience preferred
• Strong desire to be a part of a growing team
• Basic math skills, counting change, etc.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work self directed for long periods of time
• Ability to stand, crouch, bend and lift up to 60lbs unassisted, repetitively
• Previous keyholder experience preferred
• TIPS certification (provided by Belleflower Brewing if candidate is not already certified)
