Belle Fiore Winery is hiring staff for our weddings and special events! We host events ranging from unforgettable weddings, to private parties, and corporate events. We are looking for passionate and friendly people to join our exciting team! This job is ideal for SOU students, student athletes or as supplemental part-time work. The hours are concentrated and long, the environment is fast-paced and can be stressful at times, but our event team is committed to making the work fun and rewarding.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be least 21 years of age.
• Open availability – the majority of our events are nights and weekends – you will be provided with a list of dates in advance so as to avoid scheduling conflicts
• Self-starter, strong initiative, and motivated individual
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to company value
• Friendly, outgoing, and accommodating with professional demeanor with clients and co-workers
• Well-groomed appearance, must be neatly dressed during events
• Work 6-12 hour shifts that require standing/walking/bending throughout shift
• Can safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and move product up and down stairs/hills
• Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to go above and beyond expectations
• Previous hospitality, customer service, or serving experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Setting up tables, chairs, silverware, and decor for events
• Cleaning and break down of events
• Serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Respond quickly to guests, staff and managers while being professional, accurate, polite and enthusiastic
• Bussing dishes

Details:

• Compensation is based on a set hourly wage bonuses for each event worked.
• Position ranges from 8 – 24 hours per week and varies dependent on scheduled events

Employment start date negotiable but staff is primarily needed during summer months (May-Oct).
