Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA campground is Florida's Gulf Coast premier holiday camping destination! We are known for our beautiful landscaping, daily events/fun activities, immaculately clean facilities, and wonderful staff members!

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as an Outdoor Campground Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Provide superior guest service by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful.
  • Greet all guests with a positive attitude and a well-groomed appearance, a smile, recognition and a proper KOA uniform and name tag.
  • Handle all guest issues with respect by listening and acknowledging their concern.
  • Help host special events and activities such as: Hot dog roasts, camper breakfasts, craft classes ... just to name a few!
  • Escort guests to their assigned campsites, assisting them as needed.
  • Delivering firewood, ice and propane tanks to customer camp sites.
  • Provide information about the campground and surrounding local attractions.
  • Collaborate with front desk personnel to ensure smooth flow of service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all campground facilities, bathrooms, guesthouse as needed.
  • Maintain the appearance of the grounds, gardens, and landscapes.
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of outdoor events or activities
