Bellair Charters/Airporter Shuttle understands the importance of customer service. We seek individuals who enjoy assisting customers with booking tickets, answering questions, and resolving unforeseen issues. 

We provide on-the-job training in critical decision making, multi-tasking, professional written and verbal communications, customer service, office procedures, and specialized computer programs! 

Schedule - Four (4) nights a week, one weekend night (Saturday or Sunday) up to 30 hours per week, could be more if desired.
Wage: $17.50 training / $18.00 once done with training and a 0.50 / hour front desk bonus

JOB FUNCTIONS

* Answer phones
* Assist passengers with questions
* Assist passengers with parking
* Assist drivers with bus loading / luggage when needed
REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications

• Ability to handle information confidentially 

• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Clear verbal communication

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Reservation Agents work in a small, open office environment. Noise and other distractions are typical, and one must be able to focus under distracting conditions. The job may require assisting staff who directly work with the public. 

The company contributes 75% of all healthcare benefits after a 60-day probationary period for full-time employees who average 30 hours.

SCHEDULE

• We are flexible and understood the importance of time off. Our goal is to provide a consistent schedule.

• Full-time (30 - 40 hours a week)

• We are open seven days a week from 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
