Office Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have a background in nurse or veterinary office management, with strong fiscal management skills and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office staff
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Oversee utilization management and ensure proper documentation
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with fiscal management, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage time-off requests
- Provide training and support to staff on office procedures and software systems, such as Eaglesoft

Experience:
- Previous experience in nurse or veterinary office management is highly preferred
- Knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple responsibilities
