We are on the hunt for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations in one of our amazing restaurants. As the KM, or AKM you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory levels.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.
Salary Range: $60,000-$90,00 Yearly

Chophouse, Bluefin, Coastal Del Mar, Harvest, Scooples, Evans Prairie Country Club, Belle Glade Country Club, Bonifay Country Club, Orange Blossom Hills Country club, Bella Vita (coming soon).
Responsibilities:
Do you have what it takes?
- 2 years or restaurant Management experience
- Ability to motivate employees by positive attitude, and lead by example
- Promote restaurant sales and growth
- Ensure proper sanitation, food safety and quality, and exceptional service
- Experience with inventory and vendor invoices
- "Hands-on" management style
