Right now we are looking to hire a MDS Coordinator. We prefer to hire someone with MDS experience. We are primarily a long term care facility so your workload will be very manageable with the amount of assessments you will have to do.

Responsibilities include(but are not limited to):
Assessments, care plans, care conferences, RUG assessments, PDPM assessments, Quality Measures, skilled documentation, managing UDAs.
