What You'll Do:

As our Weekend Admissions Nurse (RN), you'll be the superhero who kicks off our patients' journey with compassion and expertise. From conducting comprehensive assessments to developing personalized care plans, your role will be pivotal in ensuring our patients receive the care they deserve.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience & Expertise: You've got at least 2 years of hospice nursing under your belt, and admissions experience? Even better! We're looking for someone who knows their stuff and isn't afraid to put their skills to the test.

• Problem-Solving Pro: You're a master of observation and problem-solving, with top-notch verbal and written communication skills to boot. When it comes to organizing and prioritizing your workload, you're a pro at getting things done independently.

• Team Player Extraordinaire: While you can rock it solo, you also know the power of teamwork. Whether it's collaborating with our interdisciplinary group or lending a helping hand to your fellow team members, you're all about working together to achieve our goals.
