Bella Gelato & Pastries is Hiring a Baker Near Harrisonburg, VA

**Overview:** Join our team as a Baker and showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced bakery environment. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and freshness for our customers. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts - Decorate cakes and pastries following established recipes or creative direction - Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards in terms of taste, appearance, and texture - Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times - Package baked goods appropriately for display or customer take-out - Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and customer demands - Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and orders **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role in food production - Proficiency in using baking tools and equipment such as knives, mixers, ovens, etc. - Knowledge of various baking techniques including pastry preparation and cake decorating - Understanding of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards - Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers If you are passionate about baking delicious treats and creating memorable culinary experiences, we invite you to apply for the Baker position with us.
