Job Description
Bella Casa Kitchen and Bath, one of the Lehigh Valley’s premier home remodeling companies, is currently seeking a Construction Laborer/Helper . This is a full-time role with room for growth within the company. Competitive salary, paid vacation, 401k match and Health Insurance options. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience in the following:
- Demo
- Framing
- Drywall
- Spackling
- Sanding
- Caulking
- Trim-work
- Carrying/Unloading Job Material
- Use of Ladders and Other Equipment
- Assisting lead carpenter
Qualified candidates will also possess:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work sites (Bella Casa serves clients in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas)
- A reliable phone to receive and send texts, pictures and phone calls
- Strong work ethic
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
