We are seeking an EXPERIENCED candidate.

224 Unit LIHTC Property - MUST have Experience with LIHTC

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all lease transactions
• Attract new tenants
• All aspects of move-in's and move-out's
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Answer incoming calls and reply to emails
• Run credit and background checks
• Recerts/Renewals
• Daily office duties
• Inspect apartments to assure that they are move-in ready
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Increase Occupancy and decrease delinquency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management
• Previous LIHTC property experience
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be proficient on the computer
• Marketing experience with social media preferred
• Must have a smartphone with unlimited data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized
• Excellent time management skills
• Must have prior experience with a Property Management Software
• Attention to detail is a must
• Appfolio experience a plus but not required

In this position, you would be responsible for providing prospects and tenants with great customer service. We are looking for a team player with an outgoing and positive attitude. Must have your own reliable transportation.

Pay determined on skill set and experience and will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and will be eligible for dental and vision benefits after 90 days.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
