OVERVIEW:

We are currently filling positions for Warehouse Fulfillment and Inventory Management at our warehouse location in Round Rock, Texas.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Process new inventory arriving to the warehouse (ie. Unbox, Hang, etc)
• Ensure new inventory is free of any production defects
• Fulfill incoming customer orders with quickness, but also with accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Have a love for clothing and being in a retail-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be approachable, polite and have a great work ethic
• Flexible to work in different areas of the warehouse
• Possess a great customer service attitude
• Have outstanding problem-solving ability
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• The ability to support and thrive in the company's unique, fun, and family-oriented culture

PAY RAISES:

• $2/hr raise every 3 months up to $25/hr

LONGEVITY BENEFITS:

• 1 Week paid time off/per year after 1 year of employment.
• $10,000 bonus after 2 years of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
