Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in our real estate team by assisting clients in buying or selling properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying potential clients, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. Your primary goal will be to provide qualified appointments and build strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Compensation: $24,000 to $62,000 per year

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Inside sales or BDC sales experience
  • High School Diploma
  • College degree preferred
  • Highly organized and sales driven

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, database conversation, and prospecting.
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline for buying or selling a property.
  • Set appointments for real estate agents to meet with qualified leads and provide them with relevant property information.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Maintain a database of client information and update records regularly to track progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and successful transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, real estate laws, and industry best practices to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.
