We are looking hire an Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager you must have the ability to:

• Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases.
• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
• Composes and prepares lease documents, renewal notices, and residential correspondence.
• Responsible for processing applications and verifications.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and monitoring the needs of the property’s amenities.
• Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.
• Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators, and assist in problem resolution.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media.
• Assumes responsibilities for the operations of the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Provide prospects with knowledge and understanding of Bell Management’s portfolio in the local region.
• Participates in company provided training such as Fair Housing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and OneDrive.

Required Work Experience

· 2 Years in a customer service-based environment.

· 1 Year in a leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
