Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment - Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems - Perform general carpentry tasks, such as repairing or replacing doors, windows, and furniture - Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed - Install or repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role - Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
