We are seeking a skilled 2^nd Shift Extraction Operator to join our team at our flavor manufacturing plant. The Extraction Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining extraction equipment to extract natural flavors from various raw materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating extraction equipment in a manufacturing environment, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operate extraction equipment to extract natural flavors from raw materials according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal extraction efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks on extracted flavors to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance on extraction equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating extraction equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate production records.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Reliable and punctual.
