We need to hire a Sales Manager immediately for our busy dealership. The ideal candidate will have finance department experience and the skill sets needed to be a successful sales manager. Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

• The Sales Manager manages, trains, and directs the Sales Representatives’ team
• Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
• Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
• The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this GSM position

Qualifications - Sales Manager:

• Extensive experience managing and training a vehicle sales force.
• Experience in all aspects of a New/Used Vehicle Departments is required
• Ability to assist F&I department when need be, contracting, funding, selling F&I product, etc.
• Experience with appraising trades.
• Experience with VinSolutions or comparable CRM
• Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction standings and Customer Retention.
• Willingness to work hard.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Personal/professional references must be available upon request
• Valid driver's license

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
