• Help with laundry and breakfast when needed.
• Open classrooms and start breakfast time with kids.
• Change diapers when needed.
• Start morning routines with kids.
• Help clean after breakfast.
• Help with lunch when needed.
• Learn to open to fill in when necessary.
• Open nursery.

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Must become a member (and retain yearly membership) of the Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder.
• Safe-sleep training and Entry Level Child Care Training are required to be done within the first 90 days of employment.
• Must be reliable and willing to work.
• Must be able to handle hectic environment.

BCDC is a 2 STAR facility located in Durant, OK. We offer full-time services to very young children (0-4/5) and afterschool services to children 4-12. We also have school age children full-time during school breaks. Our facility is shared with Believers Church and the church works with us to offer the best we can for all of our kids.
