About the role:

Our client is searching for a dynamic UI/UX Developer to play a key role in designing User Interfaces and creative designs for the company’s Generative AI based products as well as company’s internal & external websites and micro sites.

3 Month Contract

Package: INR 80K -100K per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities spanning across the Marketing as well as Technology teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration of user interfaces for their web-based software products and websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design intuitive user interfaces for web applications and websites.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visually communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
• Develop and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams, IT Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the development process.
• Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility standards, making their products usable for individuals with diverse abilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficient in design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Proficiency in user testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs and designing custom User Interfaces
