As a Belgrade Liquor associate your duties include:

• Providing exceptional customer service for each customer's total experience in store.
• Checking I.D. for proof-of-age; deny service to underage or intoxicated customers.
• Operating the cash register and point-of-sale software to seamlessly complete transactions; leverage the database to answer item specific questions.
• Receiving payments by cash or credit card; counting change accurately; balancing a till upon completion of your shift.
• Cleaning and dusting shelves during facing and stocking tasks: efficiently pairing tasks throughout the store as you become expert in the functions of the job.
• Restocking the store with a global awareness of the store's stock levels, how a customer sees and experiences the store upon entry, prioritizing which categories need to be stocked first and/or most.
• Working as a team to complete tasks and elevate the shoppers experience.
• Providing excellent internal service: always willing to help and communicate; contributing to a joy filled workplace by choosing your attitude, enjoying your tasks, customers, and coworkers.
• Answering phones with customer facing verbiage, tone, and hospitality; escalates customer concerns to the appropriate manager for resolution.
• Increase product knowledge, working from a baseline of product location in store to expertise or specialization depending on your passions for specific categories.
• Stand, bend, lift, rotate, climb ladders, use box cutters frequently. Cashier shifts require standing for long periods of time and frequent laps throughout the store to maintain stock levels, conduct facing, and provide customer service on the floor.
