We are seeking a self-motivated professional to provide leadership and supervision in the role of Scheduler of our cranes, trucks and other heavy equipment and the people who operate them.

Essential Functions -

Scheduling of employees and equipment to meet the needs of our customers.

Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with OSHA, FMCA and DOT safety regulations.

Maintain records, logs and schedules of the equipment. Prepare detailed reports on all activities occurring during shifts and enter time into the payroll system.

Ensure the on time delivery of cranes and other equipment to the job site.

Secure permits.

Assist in other activities and duties as assigned by the Division Manager.

Experience in dispatching trucks, cranes and other heavy construction equipment is preferred. Knowledge of permitting and oversize/overweight loads is also desirable.

Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary

Ability to use a computer, telephone and other office equipment is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per week
