A Trade Compliance Analyst job is available with our client in Houston, TX. In this role you will support the Trade Compliance Analyst Lead for the North America Region of the company, for all business units. This role will work closely with the Trade Compliance and Legal departments. To be considered for this role you will have a bachelor's degree or Trade compliance certification.

Trade Compliance Analyst Job Duties:

• Audit/reviews for import/exports- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to validate reports, transactions, and invoices. Reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills with a focus on results orientation, customer service and change management.
• Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Interpersonal skills centered on problem solving are key for this project.
• Assist Trade Compliance team.

Knowledge/ Skills / Ability / Educations / Experience:

• Must be strong in Excel, SAP and Data Analytics.
• Experience with SAP and SAP Reporting (ex: BW, BI). - knowing the composition of products based on information in SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate user in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, formulas, manipulate data, analyze data and show progress). Proficiency in Alteryx a plus.
• Analytical skills.
• Some Project Management skills.
• Basic knowledge of export such as INCOterms, export process and regulations a plus.
• A bachelor's degree or Trade Compliance Certification strongly desired.
