Shifts:

A shift (Monday-Friday, 7am -3:30pm)

B (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 12:00 am)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst/Specialist to join our team. Responsible for overseeing inventory levels, conducting data analysis, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. You will identify, and confirm configurations of inventory items and acceptance for use, retrieve inventory for building production assembly kits, assist with placing in-bound materials into stock, and entering transactions for all material transfers.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Conduct data mining and analysis to optimize inventory processes
• Coordinate with management to streamline materials handling procedures
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities to maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate forklifts for materials movement within the warehouse
• Conduct cycle counts

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and precision in inventory control
• Valid drivers license and ability to drive a box truck
• Fork lift experience / certification desired but not required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to the nature of the work
