"Working for Bela has given me a true sense of being a dental provider with the utmost encouragement to give my patients the absolute best care possible
. I love having the support from leadership and the ability to collaborate with other dental hygienists from other offices. As far as the income, I am paid at the going rate that is reasonable for my experience plus having the ability to make enough each month with our bonus system that usually equals an extra paycheck each month. I love the access to learn up to date treatment available in dentistry and given opportunities each year to earn continuing education. I assure you that there is no other dental company out there that is truly set on bettering their employees to be able to serve our patients with as much love and compassion" April H RDH 7 years of employment
