Job Summary :
Under the direction of the Environmental Services Director, t his position is responsible for all required maintenance functions within the community.
Essential Functions :
Provides support, and delivery of all preventive maintenance programs and services and ensures guidelines with state and federal requirements are met for the community .
Works closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure apartments are ready for resident move-in’s
Perform s routine maintenance and repair on the facility equipment and document hazardous conditions and equipment.
Maintain s grounds and facility in good repair ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
Replace s burned out light bulbs, exit lights, overhead lights, room call lights, etc.
