Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Sell products and services to customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Train and develop team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure optimal staffing levels

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
