Bel Air Care Center is looking for a compassionate, caring individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with the day to day needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

• Communicating with family members, medical providers, and other support groups.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Providing assistance, support, and guidance to individuals in a therapeutic environment.
• Assisting individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and personal management.
• Conducting clinical assessments.
• Maintaining daily records of client progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Monday-Friday 9-4:30( flexible hours and days can be adjusted for part time)
• Every other Saturday
• Benefits available for full time after 30 days

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous work in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, memory care, and dementia care
- Knowledge of senior care and recreational therapy
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
