We are reimagining mental healthcare for modern life, customizing a balance of psychiatry, novel treatments (e.g., psychedelics, TMS), psychotherapy, functional medicine and wellness integrations (acupuncture and nutrition) to support the whole person and their unique needs. Initially launching in 2023 in New York City, we will offer both virtual and in-person care with a plan to scale our comprehensive care model to additional locations.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced acupuncturist to deliver highest-quality acupuncture treatment to our patients.
This role is key to our integrated care model, and you will deliver the highest-quality of care to spur transformatively positive changes in our patients’ lives.
You must have your Masters or Doctorate in Chinese Medicine and be a current NCCAOM certified acupuncture. Ideally, you have experience collaborating with the western medical system and have an interest in mental health for acupuncture.

• The skills to move quickly to mitigate barriers to success and deploy effective change management processes to maximize opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct initial patient evaluations and deliver highly compassionate acupuncture treatments
• Make proper diagnoses and develop associated treatment plans
• Work within in an integrated care model and participate in integrated care team rounds for a continual process of learning

• Active acupuncture license in New York state or be certification by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically as pertains to explaining the role that acupuncture plays in wellness
• Dedication to delivering compassionate, healing care to patients with enthusiasm
• Clear track record of independent troubleshooting as a proactive self-starter
• Capability to master internal digital systems such as EHR and telehealth, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet softwares
