The position requires for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to participate in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. The Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional able to understand customer behavior trends and generate creative ideas to develop or optimize marketing channels that increase BEI Precision brand and product awareness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Be the BEI Precision Branding Champion ensuring stakeholders, staff and customers are presented with a consistent view of BEI Precision through all media channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Support data analytics tasks as directed by VP of Business Development and CEO.
• Act as a Pipedrive (CRM) administrator.
  
  • Coordinate weekly Pipe Line Management Review.
• Manage the Trade Show schedule including show messaging, preparing materials, shipping materials and coordinating booth coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain the inventory, accuracy and ensure the correct branding message is applied to all print media.
• Be the point of contact to collect and analysis search engine optimization (SEO) data and present same at the Monthly Operations Review detailing web hits.
• Be the librarian for customer PowerPoint presentations and maintain configuration control of the Company Capability Presentation.
• Be the librarian for all market reports and newsletters received by the organization.
• Develop, deploy and maintain social media presence for BEI Precision.
• Develop marketing materials

Basic Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field.

EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years’ experience in Marketing.

OTHER:

Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective marketing, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Polished presentation skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Knowledgeable of marketing practices, graphic design concepts, and media placement. Highly self-confident, forward thinking, detail oriented, and exhibit a high level of creativity and bold initiatives.
