We are seeking a diligent and analytical Installation Coordinator to manage high-end residential and commercial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that our clients have a world-class experience throughout the process.

Your Resume Highlights:

• 3 years of experience in construction, procurement, custom window treatments or similar industry
• Experience using CRM software
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly proficient in Word and Excel 

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technician appointments with clients for various project activities
• Review projects to ensure on-time and under-budget 
• Work in CRM to provide accurate estimates, order tracking, and job status updates
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure white glove customer service
• Follow up with customer inquiries promptly and professionally
