What our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) jobs in Aurora offer:

• Starting RBT Hourly Rate: $21-$26/hour (depending on experience).
• Unique BehaviorSpan Progressive RBT level system that provides opportunity for performance-driven promotions every 6 months. Advancement means higher pay, higher guaranteed hours, and bonuses.

• Denver-based company- Leadership is here in town, working alongside the team.

What you bring to our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) jobs in Aurora:

What you will do in our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) jobs in Aurora:

• Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential, graduating them to a more independent life in 18 months (on average).
• Provide trauma-informed care. We don't restrain or use punishment in our programs.
• Under close supervision, run 40 targets at a time for your client, helping them master targets daily.
• Provide Early Intervention ABA therapy in a fun, modern, center-based center- equipped with 1,000 SQFT playground.
• Shape the minds of children in early childhood (ages 1 to 6 years old).
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Work with some of Denver’s most talented ABA practitioners to help children master 100's of targets in a few months.
