Behavior Technician Experience Disclaimer

* MUST have relevant experience in childcare, daycare, teaching or special education.

* This is a part time afternoon/evening role with a time frame requirement of 2pm to 7pm working in the home of the kiddos we service.

Responsibilities as an Behavior Technician:

• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting 
• Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child 
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client 

• At least 1 year of ABA experience (If you do not have experience, we offer a free training course!)
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have)
• A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges 
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance 
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required 
• Must have own reliable transportation 
• Background check 
• Available in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus) 

• Hourly Pay: $23 - $26 per hour (Location and Experience)
