Independent Licensed Therapist - LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC-Fully Remote

We support our team in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We seek a Massachusetts Independent Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Network. We help clinicians who are ready to gain a greater level of independence and autonomy in their practice. This is a 1099 position.

Compensation:

• Fee for Service Model
• Full-time employees can earn $75,000 - $100,000 annually.

Requirements:

• LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, with a clear & active license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience

Advantages:

• 1099 position, which provides you with autonomy. To be a 1099 provider, you will need a Corporation-LLC or a 1099 notarized statement.

• Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements to come in. Clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
