Behavioral Services of Tennessee is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Memphis, TN

About Us:

We know as a BCBA you have a variety of employment opportunities, but there are many reasons to choose BSTN. Founded in 2001, BSTN is BCBA owned and operated. We provide community-based services to adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including some of the most challenging cases in the state. All of our current BCBAs have each worked for BSTN for several years, so any new BCBAs will not only obtain invaluable professional experience, but extensive support and collaboration from experienced colleagues and mentors. BSTN utilizes technology to supplement the services we provide, along with making our team communication more efficient. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of the supported persons we serve through compassionate care, specific protection plans, and the science of ABA.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and clinical progress reports
  • Develop, train, and supervise the implementation of individualized behavior support plans
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analyses, as needed
  • Oversee program effectiveness and treatment integrity for assigned cases
  • Monitor data collection and make recommendations for assigned cases
  • Attend clinical and managerial meetings, as assigned
  • Assist with crisis situations, as needed

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:

  • Must hold a current BCBA Certification
  • Must hold a current TN LBA License; assistance is available for BCBAs relocating to TN
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with colleagues, direct support staff, families, and supported persons
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
