Behavioral Healthcare Corporation, (www.bhc-pa.com) a Lancaster based, premier provider of site based and mobile multi-disciplinary mental health services, is seeking experienced PT and/or FT (24-40hrs) Psychotherapists for Lancaster County..

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years relevant psychiatric clinical experience.

· Master’s degree required in relevant clinical discipline, LCSW preferred.

· Prior clinical experience working with a multidisciplinary team.

· Quickly building rapport with colleagues and clients alike.

· Creative problem solving and multitasking skills.

· The ability to discuss one's own limitations and mistakes.

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

· Maintaining a sense of humor during demanding moments.

· Bilingual preferred
