LOCATION: Health Center For Women – Hawthorne, CA
DUTIES: Performs clinic office duties under the direction of the Clinic Manager or Director of Family Health Services in dealing with patients. For examination and treatment of patients performs duties under the direction Chief Medical Officer (C.M.O.), Physician (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), Nurse Practitioner (N.P.), Physician Assistant (P.A.), or Nurse (R.N.). Will perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Following are the qualifications required to perform the essential functions of this position. Qualifications may be subject to modification based on the Americans with Disabilities Act. Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus) may be required within certain BHS programs.
High school diploma or equivalency. Must have valid California driver’s license and liability insurance if driving personal vehicle on BHS business. Vision, hearing, manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination must be adequate for performance of job duties. Able to sit at desk, use keyboard, write and physically perform other job duties. Able to move about the facility to observe clients and staff.
Recovering individuals must have a minimum two years clean, sober and abstinent to be considered for employment.
