We are is seeking passionate and dedicated QMHPs to provide individualized & community-based services for individuals and build personal relationships and maintain community connections through services that are customized to meet the specific and changing needs of the consumers we serve!

Responsibilities:
- Progress notes and assists with gathering information for assessment
- Maintain a full caseload of multiple clients.
- Reduce the risk of out-of-home placement or assist in the return from out-of-home placement.
- Attend weekly supervision with Clinical Supervisor.
- Demonstrates an awareness, appreciation, and respect for diverse cultures, individual differences of clients, and fellow employees.
- Utilizes approved skills curriculum with youth, adults, and families to help improve behavior.
- Maintains accurate and concise documentation of all services, contacts, and collaboration with clients, families, and community partners. All documentation is to be submitted to the supervisor within 24 hours after the service has been delivered.
- Provides or secures support and crisis/emergency services for the youth, adult, and family by phone contact or in-person.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
