Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an Intensive Care Coordination Program Director in the ICC/ CSA program at Behavioral Health Network!

The ICC Program Director is responsible for the clinical and programmatic oversight of the Community Service Agencies at BHN. The ICC Program Director works closely with the Family Support and Training Program Director to ensure high quality Wraparound services are delivered to youth and families in the CSA catchment areas.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the ICC/CSA program with the following:

  • Overseeing and managing clinical supervision for direct care and supervisory staff at the CSA.
  • Ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained in ICC operations, the Wraparound process, the BHN Code of Conduct, and relevant policies and procedures in accordance with program specifications.
  • Implementing and monitors clinical program philosophy, objectives, standards, policies, and practices.
  • Leading delivery of clinical services through team development and ensuring implementation of program requirements.
  • Ensuring coordination of services for children and families with other providers, both internal and external.
  • Providing effective ongoing evaluation of staff performance and implements fidelity measures as required.
  • Providing consultation, clinical supervision, education, and training to staff.
  • Overseeing intern and practicum training in the program.
  • Responding to client/staff/provider complaints and mediates as needed.
  • Organizing and facilitating System of Care meetings.
  • Ensuring the program adheres to regulations and requirements of licensing bodies and funding sources.
  • Maintaining communication with funding sources or other contacts, as appropriate.

ICC Program

The Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) program at Behavioral Health Network is a voluntary outreach service that uses ‘wraparound’ principles to guide the work for youth with serious emotional or behavioral health needs. Wraparound is simply the coordination of multiple services via a tailored plan to address the needs of the youth. More research about the wraparound model can be found at http://nwi.pdx.edu/ .

What are we looking for in an ICC Program Director ?

  • Minimum of five (5) years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
  • Must be licensed at independent level in discipline.
  • Must be certified in the Massachusetts CANS.
  • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
  • Must have familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems.
  • Must meet the credentialing criteria for Master’s level clinicians as outlined in the MCE’s most current Provider Manual for master’s level clinicians.
