BHN is looking to hire an Electronic Health Record “EHR” Billing Matrix Analyst!

Join our Healthcare EHR team as a Billing Matrix Analyst to assist the organization in optimizing workflow processes and provide technical support for the billing construct in BHN’s Electronic Health Record!
What you will be doing under the direction of the EHR Billing Matrix Supervisor:
Requirements:
Must have: Experience working in Revenue Cycle/Billing; 2 years preferred,
Clinical or medical billing experience
EHR modeling experience; preferably Carelogic
Proven training skills for training a wide variety of individuals
Excellent communication skills, technical and non-technical, oral, and written. Skills in creating a
range of documentation and user guides
Exceptional customer relationship skills
Detailed organizational skills
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to: Assist users through Teams and email technologies.
Work independently as well as working with groups to build consensus
Exercise initiative and independent judgment and changing deadlines
Flex with hours worked, while adhering to fundamental project management concepts and
adaptable to changes in assignments, work environment all the while effectively managing time
