Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Community Behavioral Health Center at Liberty Street in Springfield or at the Mill in Westfield with the following:
Clinical Supervisors are experienced, independently licensed mental health professionals and hold full-time, salaried positions. They are an important part of our program’s leadership teams, providing responsive, staff-centered support and guidance to assigned Master’s-level clinical supervisees on all aspects of BHN employment. This includes professional goal setting and progress, high quality clinical service delivery, and compliance with all performance expectations. Clinical Supervisors participate in and/or lead clinical team meetings and supervision sessions.
Clinical Supervisors continue to engage directly with clients, collaborating with person-centered teams to provide the Right Care, at the Right Time, at the Right Place. They provide routine and as-needed direct services in-person and via telehealth to BHN clients across the lifespan via outcome-driven, evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training and support. Clinical services include comprehensive assessments, individual, couple, family, and group therapy, and coordination with providers. Clinical Supervisors commit to Evidence-Based Practice and goal-directed care in providing direct services to clients. They participate in clinical team meetings and supervision, continuing education, formulate collaborative treatment plans, measure progress toward set outcomes, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.
Fostering your growth through professional development, regular clinical supervision and mentorship is one of the best parts of working at BHN. Clinical Supervisors receive regular training in Evidence-Based models of treatment with a Social Justice lens including CEU’s.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?
ALL CBHC Staff must work some weekend/evening hours as part of your regular schedule and in order to rotate the coverage to cover openings in a planned manner (flex hours, not overtime).
Clinicians at Liberty Street may be eligible for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).
