Your Role: As an Assessment Coordinator at Behavioral Framework, you focus on conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA), and direct/ indirect testing measures using a variety of protocols to develop individualized treatment plans for Applied Behavior Analysis services.

Other essential functions:

  • Weekly travel across DC, Maryland, and VA to complete in-person assessments.
  • Conduct assessments via telehealth.
  • Conduct initial ABA assessments following provided templates, guidance for hour recommendation, and goal selection based on company policy and funder requirements.
  • Send and score norm-based questionnaires.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), and direct/ indirect testing measures using variety of protocols (e.g., ABLLS, Socially Savvy, FAST)
  • Develop individualized treatment plan for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that will guide recommendations for treatment goals, treatment intensity, and service delivery.
  • Develop evidence-based ABA programs consistent with program designs.
  • Manage intake assessment schedule to respond to client’s needs in a timely manner and according to the weekly billable hour requirements.
  • Ensure contracts and billable hours are completed in accordance with funding sources and designated amounts.
  • Support the clinical quality team as outlined by manager when weekly billable hour requirements are not met.
  • Attend meetings as outlined by manager.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and work as part of the team in collaboration with Clinical Leadership to meet individual and corporate goals.
  • Maintain all administrative records, client files and electronic files in accordance with organization requirements.
  • Adhere to weekly schedule requirements to include completion and submission of scheduled assessments and/or supervision
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

If you possess the qualifications below, we invite you to apply:

  • Current BCBA license.
  • A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
  • Experience in conducting ABA assessments.
  • Expertise in Systematic Teaching, Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching.
  • Expertise with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland standardized assessments.
  • Background in working with diverse family systems.
  • Capable of performing various physical activities, including but not limited to standing and sitting for extended periods, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills are essential.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing 100 lbs or more.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
